This "feature" only applies to Staff. When entering in a 'member' name into the Member field on the Reservation or Engage activity dialog box, make sure to press 'return' after typing in the name. In addition, only valid CORAL 'member' names are valid. If you type in anything else, the 'member' field will default back to your CORAL name (i.e. the same as the 'agent' field)
Just a reminder that any changes to qualification will require the user to exit out of CORAL for 15 min. This is due to the fact that CORAL uses cache on the client side for performance reasons and the refresh rate is every 15 min.
When user A engages one machine where it is currently being engaged by user B (user B is entering run data), user B's CORAL session will be locked. User B needs to click on the close window button for the CORAL (not the run data box) to exit out completely. This should rarely happen since no one should steal another machine away while another user has engaged it.
