Who Are We?
The Nanofabrication Center (NFC) is an interdisciplinary
facility that supports faculty and industrial research within the
Institute of Technology
at the University of Minnesota,
to support education, research and industrial collaboration in
microelectronics and other related research involving nanofabrication.
NFC is part of NNIN, a NSF supported
partnership of thirteen user facilities nationwide providing Nano
Technology Research.
The Center for Nanostructure Applications
(CNA) is designed to foster the work into “active nanostructures”
and to bolster the nano applications area at the University.
